My focus is bookkeeping. This usually falls into two categories: monthly bookkeeping and clean-ups / catch-ups. Monthly bookkeeping is updating the books every month, while clean-ups / catch-ups are normally several months or more of work to be done to get books current again. I do not offer payroll services, sales tax payments, invoice management, bill pay, or admin work.
I do not help prepare or file taxes and I am not a certified tax preparer. I am more than happy to coordinate with your existing tax person and provide them all the necessary things for doing the taxes.
It's a simple conversation about you and your business. I'll want to know about the basics of the business and the current state of your books. I'll tell you about how I do bookkeeping and we will see if working together is a good fit. It's absolutely free.
If we seem to be a good fit, I will take a look at your books and give you a quote by email. Then from there I will outline the necessary documents, fee payment, etc.
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $300/month, with the exact price based on transaction volume and complexity. Catch-ups / clean-ups are priced separately, based on each individual job. I do charge up-front and in full for all work.
I usually focus on small, service-based businesses. Businesses like plumbers, landscapers, or consultants, but I am open to a wider range. I'm always happy to talk with business owners.

I exclusively use QuickBooks online. If you are not currently on QuickBooks online, I'm sure we can come up with a plan to make a smooth transition.

Yes - I proudly serve the greater central valley, not just Kingsburg. The business is fully remote, allowing me the flexibility to work with a wider range of locations. I have a home office and do not offer on-site services or regular in-person meetings.
I only use month-to-month contracts, no yearlong or multi-year contracts. I only request a 30-day notice for cancellation of services, that's it.
Yes — you work directly with the person doing your books, not a rotating account team or ticket queue. Questions get answered by the person who actually did the work.
Yes. I am a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor - level 2. I am also a certified Intuit Trained Bookkeeper. The ProAdvisor certification requires yearly re-certification to stay current.
